Openwave’s Quality Management System is put in place to ensure that product quality is not achieved as a subset but as the result of our processes. Our QMS places strong vanguards at all steps of the processes and enforces strict quality guidelines that help us achieve excellence in delivery.

Our work culture places emphasis on every individual to maintain quality at his/her level and ensure that all lapses are contained at an individual level. To prevent any roadblocks in decision making, our team takes a collective responsibility of the entire project with different responsibilities distributed across the hierarchy. Effective utilization of resources is a key objective of our QMS and methodologies to ensure the same is put in place with a special feedback mechanism that helps improve processes as the team progresses along.
