Job Title: Sr. Computer Systems Analyst

Requirement Number: OWC-SCSA-SP1

Job Description:

  • Analyze the use cases and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Create architecture and design for various modules and incorporate the best design solutions.
  • Design and develop applications using .net,C#, Asp.net,WCF, WebaPI, MVC,JavaScript, XML, Enterprise Library and Entity Framework technologies.
  • Perform database design and create functions and stored procedures using SQL server and Oracle databases.
  • Perform unit testing of code for different test case scenarios and achieve it by writing Nunit test cases.
  • Plan and estimate projects for various releases using TFS and JIRA
  • Work extensively with both waterflow and agile models for application development.
  • Participate in technical and business discussions with Enterprise Architect and Business owners to participate with good design solutions using various design patterns and provide detailed design specification for functional or architectural changes
  • Conduct code reviews and provide suggestions for improving performance and code quality.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to problems.
  • Provide implementation guidelines and support to the deployment and production support teams.
  • Maintain code versioning using different tools including TFS and SVN
  • Participate in hiring and interview process for the Organization

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a Related Field and 5 years of experience in job offered or 5 years of experience in the Related Occupation.

Job Title: Sr. Computer Systems Analyst

Job Description:

  • Develop solutions using Java, J2EE (EJB, JMS, JSP, Servlet), HTML, JavaScript, XML, SQL, and frameworks including Struts, Spring and Hibernate to build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Participate in all the phases of Software development life cycle.
  • Analyze user requirements to improve existing systems and build new capabilities. Resolve conflict or ambiguity in requirements and documentation of all aspects of the project development process from start to finish.
  • Participate in technical discussions with Team Lead and Architect; to devise good design solution and provide detailed design specification, for functional or architectural changes.
  • Engage in unit testing code, for positive, negative and corner case scenarios, both manually and also by writing Junit test cases.
  • Coordinate with the appropriate teams including QA, UAT to create test environments and test scenarios to deliver business requirements with the best quality. Support testing teams through Regression, Performance and Stress testing.
  • Write simple and complex queries in MySQL and Oracle Database environments.
  • Co-ordinate with Product Owner or Business Owner to capture business requirements.
  • Plan and estimate tasks to be completed for particular release cycle/sprint.
  • Work on Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Engage in mentoring and knowledge transfer to new team members.

Job Title: Assistant Software Consultant

Requirement Number: OWC-ASC-BS1

Job Description:

  • Analyze business processes and offer Information Technology (IT) solutions.
  • Analyze or recommend commercially available software.
  • Review code and quality of applications developed in Microsoft .Net, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, C#, Entity Framework and T-SQL.
  • Design, test and implement SQL Server database to handle complex queries (T-SQL, triggers, stored procedures, functions, and optimization) and .NET data access components.
  • Analyze, develop and fix SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Implement Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects through multiple releases.
  • Architect, design and develop Web applications, Web services, mobile applications, Batch processing, n-tier, SOA and component-based systems using Microsoft .Net and Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) including Security Experts, Enterprise Architects and Third Party/Product experts to determine solutions and feasibility of project requirements.
  • Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations.
  • Design, develop, test and implement General and International Insurance related systems using Microsoft technologies.
  • Reverse engineer legacy systems using Microsoft technologies.
  • Generate and analyze code analysis reports using Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Perform load test using Microsoft Visual Studio Test Suite and analyze performance reports.
  • Determine estimates and create impact analysis reports for technical changes and recommend appropriate technologies to implement industry standards and audit security and performance.
